So, it was no surprise when she found out she was pregnant three months later. She realized that she no longer felt ashamed of her infidelity and was proud to be carrying the child of such a powerful man as Rick. Still, she loved George, and wanted him to raise the child. George, however, was shocked at the news.

"How? We always use condoms."

"Oh, George, don’t be silly," Sarah laughed, "you know those things aren’t 100% effective."

"What about your job?"

"You make enough money to support us, dear. Besides, I never realized until now that I wanted a child. Aren’t you excited to be having a baby?"

What could he say? George loved Sarah with all of his heart, and could deny her nothing.

"Of course I’m excited, honey."

"I love you!" Sarah exclaimed, kissing him on the cheek. "I’m going to invite Rick and Ann over tonight to tell them the news."

Ann was delighted that her sister was pregnant, her own belly now swelling with Rick’s child. Rick smiled smugly.

"So, George, you finally knocked her up, huh?" He laughed finishing his beer in one swallow.

"Rick, please…" Sarah pleaded.

""What?" George snapped, stopping Sarah’s complaint. "Why don’t you go and get me and your husband another beer?"

He smacked Sarah sharply on the ass and George was shocked when his wife said nothing, but hurried off to the kitchen. Rick sat back, winking at his brother-in-law and George wondered, for just a second, what exactly was going on.

Sarah emerged from the kitchen at that moment, smiling and happy, placing the beers in front of the two men. Looking at his lovely, glowing wife, any suspicions that may have developed, faded away. He opened his beer and took a large swig, more in love with his wife than he had ever been.
